The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA)
research ship – the David Starr Jordan – was ready to

a CF34 turbine engine teardown and rebuild training solution for
third party repair and overhaul facilities seeking authorized service

Turnkey Production Solutions
While Reliance Aerotech program managers were reviewing their diverse
technical staffing team at US Helicopter, they observed a wire
marking production bottleneck that was slowing the throughput of
a key UH-1 refurbishment line. After an analysis of the wire specifications,
projected demand quantities, and quality requirements, the Reliance
program management team developed and implemented an automated
wire processing solution that resulted in a 700% increase in wire
harness build up, a 40% reduction in expended man-hours and a notable
quality enhancement.
